A former police chief of a neighboring city shared the following information on Wi-Fi Jammers and South American gangs being involved in what is being referred to as “Burglary Tourism”. Note the references to camouflaged surveillance cameras, repeat offenders, second story entry regardless of balcony, safes being removed and rolled out, and the use of WiFi jammers.
